Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our renowned engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Design: Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for vehicle platforms, including chassis, powertrain, suspension, and HVAC systems, from concept to production.
Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis and simulations using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis (FEA) tools to evaluate mechanical designs, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
Prototyping and Testing: Coordinate prototyping and testing activities to validate mechanical designs, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement design improvements for enhanced functionality, durability, and manufacturability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into vehicle platforms and achieve project milestones.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices, leveraging lessons learned and feedback from product development cycles to optimize design efficiency and performance.
Supplier Management: Partner with external suppliers and vendors to source components, materials, and technologies, ensuring alignment with quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery timelines.
Documentation and Compliance: Prepare technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications to support manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and regulatory submissions, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and achievement of project objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within the automotive industry or related sectors.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA tools for mechanical analysis and simulation.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus on engineering decisions.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Automotive industry certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer license) are a plus.
