Kerrie
Kerrie has 15+ years of recruiting experience. She spent 20+ years in sales and worked for industry giants such as Microsoft, Tech Data, IBM and Symantec. She held Executive-level roles with IBM and Symantec and was responsible for leading enterprise sales teams across the country. Kerrie also led the sales teams for a $100M federal government reseller and worked closely with DoD, Civilian and Intel agencies.
Kerrie founded KJMays Group in 2005 where she provided recruitment services to tech companies across North America. The company grew quickly and was sold to a private investor in 2014. Her success led to a nomination for Female Entrepreneur Of The Year.
Kerrie’s love for recruitment prompted the founding of Reekruter in 2018 where her focus is providing top-shelf recruiting services to her clients.
She has a Master of Business Administration and Management degree from ASU.
Ilene
With over 13 years of recruitment experience, Ilene manages our Medical & Clinical Practice. She was an RN for 12+ years and worked as a Physical Therapist for over 3 years. Ilene left the medical field in 2002 and spent the next 8 years with Wyndham where she managed a team of 20 sales and call center staff. She joined Reekruter in 2018 and has managed multiple practices including Engineering, Sales, Medical, and Accounting. She is also responsible for partner relations and business development. Ilene has a BS in Public Health from Columbia University. In her spare time, Ilene loves to go hiking with her partner and the love of her life…her dog Buddy.
Maxx
Maxx has over 7 years of recruiting experience and heads up our Engineering Practice. He spent 3 years working with the United States Navy where he provided IT related solutions to meet a variety of technical requirements. He moved on to manage the Technology Practice at Robert Half where he worked with SMB, mid-market and enterprise level companies. Maxx also has a background as an EMT and assists with our medical practice. In his spare time, you will find Maxx in an airplane or at a campground in the woods. He is a certified flight instructor and loves to vacation 25k feet in the air!
Mallory
With over 3 years of recruiting experience, Mallory leads our General Labor and Administrative Practice. Mallory started her career with Gladiator Rock’n Run & Spartan Race where she was responsible for recruiting & training staff for multi-day events across the country. She also spent 4 years with Impres Technology Solutions where she was responsible for training the support staff that worked with the Federal Government. Mallory has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from ASU. In her spare time, you will find Mallory spending time with her 2 young girls, Emmie and Callie or going on a run with her dog Rain.
MJ
With over 6 years of recruiting experience, MJ leads our Technology Practice. He spent 5 years as a Technical Account Manager working with enterprise accounts. MJ was also a Sr. Account Manager with Impres Technology where his focus was on working with the Federal Government. His technical expertise was relied upon by DoD, Civilian and Intel agencies. In his spare time, you will find MJ at his computer where he competes with his team in World of WarCraft competitions.
