About the Company:
An early-stage fintech platform providing digital payment solutions to SMBs seeks a CRO to unify marketing, sales, and customer success functions under one revenue strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end revenue strategy encompassing demand generation, partnerships, and retention.

  • Build scalable revenue operations and analytics infrastructure.

  • Partner with the CEO and investors to set growth targets and prepare for Series B.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years in fintech, payments, or SaaS.

  • Deep experience in revenue forecasting and lifecycle management.

  • Background leading teams of 50+ across multiple functions.
