Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our human resource products to prospective clients, with a focus on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of HR technology, and a passion for helping organizations unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HR solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Track and report sales activity and performance metrics using CRM software.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling HR technology products or related services.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
