Overview:
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance sales team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth:
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance against goals.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement sales best practices and tools to maximize team productivity.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success.

Translate requirements through analysis and research to identify solution option alternatives and rationale for the preferred solution by working collaboratively with the other IS groups and business partners; identify strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement for technology and process.
Gather business requirements through discovery sessions, workshops, or interviews.
Performs analysis work which could include documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, and supporting RFI (Request for Information/Request for Expression of Interest), and/or RFP (Request for Proposal), and/or discovery sessions.
Support business units in delivery of business requirements, business cases and project requests.
Support the business with recommendations, based on knowledge of best practices, providing guidance and advice to support selection/purchase of existing or new solutions.
What you must have:
Bachelorโs degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent and six (6) years of relevant experience OR a diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent and eight (8) years of relevant experience
Expertise and knowledge of best practices around business analysis principles and methodology
Ability to interpret business requirements โ translate business to technical and vice versa
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to support the business units
Ability to produce deliverables on multiple projects concurrently
