A 75-year-old, family-owned manufacturing company is modernizing its technology landscape and seeking a Head of IT to lead infrastructure, ERP, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT operations, network infrastructure, and data security.

  • Drive ERP modernization and implement cloud-based solutions.

  • Lead a team of 8 and manage vendor relationships and IT budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in IT leadership within manufacturing or distribution.

  • Strong understanding of ERP (SAP or NetSuite preferred).

  • Experience with cybersecurity compliance and industrial automation systems.
