Director of Sales – Remote – US

Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our cybersecurity sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity sales, leadership experience, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity industry.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with company objectives.

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Establish key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide reports to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales leadership within the cybersecurity industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, trends, and market dynamics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with enterprise clients.
