Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving sales within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector. Leveraging your industry expertise and strategic mindset, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of our products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in CPG sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the retail landscape.

What you will be doing:

Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the CPG industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.

Market and Industry Knowledge:
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
• Use market insights to provide clients with valuable recommendations and solutions.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
• Develop a deep understanding of our CPG product portfolio.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to clients.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.

Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Manage contract renewals and extensions.

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Strong understanding of CPG sales, distribution channels, and retail environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
